Harrogate, England -- (ReleaseWire) -- 09/23/2016 -- Every year it seems as though the Christmas season starts earlier than the year before, but is September far too early? One branch of the Harvester restaurant chain in Gloucester doesn't think so. They have recently put up their Christmas decorations and tree in order to inspire festive feelings and urge Christmas bookings.
With Summer scarcely over, and many people still hoping for a few more sunny days, many customers at the pub however are still struggling to feel festive and many believe that the main reason the Harvester have done this is to ensure that their customers book their festive events early to avoid disappointed. There is a big sign located next to the Christmas tree to let people know that booking for the festive period are now being taken.
In addition to this a number of supermarkets including Tesco, Asda and The Co-op have already started selling mince pies, many of which will be out of day by the time Christmas arrives. Also, a number of fabric suppliers have started selling Christmas fabrics. It seems perhaps, that this year Christmas is going to be bigger than ever before.
A spokesperson from The Remnant House was keen to comment saying, "Every year we start to offer Christmas fabrics early, as many of our fabulous customers love to purchase theirs early so that they have plenty of time to make their Christmas clothing, decorations and gifts. We already have a variety of Christmas fabrics available on our website including metallic, plain, panelled and printed options and this collection will most definitely be updated slightly nearer the time too."
